Completely Remove Portal?

I need to remove Portal from my computer for two reasons; one is that I am trying to use older software which clashes with portal, and two is I don't use Neopets much anymore.

Completely Resetting Portal?

I'm wanting to start over fresh but when I go to admin and use all the features there, nothing happens.
I've also tried uninstalling and re-installing the portal.
Is there a way to wipe it clean?

Good Day:) Are the private forums still up and running? On my login, as I am the admin for our line of malls, it used to be on the home page. It is not showing anymore and I am not able to find it.

I need a direct input icon

I just started malling after a year and a half break so go easy on me. I think I remember having an icon on my dektop that I could click on and directly input my shop stock without having to visit this site first. Am I remembering that wrong or is there a direct link I can click on and just start inputing my data? Thanks if you can help.

Sell Price Multiplier

I just downloaded the newest mallers portal so I am current with it. I go into the application settings and try to change the sell price multiplier, I want it to be at 1.2. When I change it to 1.2 the multiplier will be at 2 when I try to add new items. How can I get it so the multiplier can be at 1.2? So I dont have to manually price all my items.

NeoMallers portal doesnt work

Hey,I logged into the neomallers portal and updated my shop stock and sales history, then I closed the program and tried to enter again but game this error. I am using windows 7 SP1

My top bar is going rogue lol

Hello, my top options bar here on NeoMallers seems to be crazy, sometimes it seems ok like it should be, in the middle, but then when I refresh, it goes to the far right of my screen and it expands my browser, but when I refresh many times of just wait some time it goes back again normally. I cant see my bar unless I scroll to the sides, which normally I wouldnt have to. I use the latest IE.

Portal Question

Hi Everyone,
I am thinking about placing a lot of my items from my shop into my stamp album, card albums etc
So my question is say I take out 200 cards from my shop do I then need to submit my shop front into the portal to show the correct amount of items I know have left in my shop? I just dont want to go ahead and move the cards from my shop if the portal isn't going to be reflecting the correct total of each item I have left in my shop, if I did go ahead and move them.
Any Help would be appreciated.
