price resetting in item database

When i enter a new price of a couple of items in the item database (buy at & sell at) and start the program the next time, some of the items' prices have changed into something completely else :s
leaving me with bad graphs and false profit calculation etc ofcourse...
anyone had this problem too?

Please try to provide screenshots and as much details as possible including the following

1. Operating System & Language Ex: Windows XP PRO English 32-bit Edition, Service Pack 2
2. Browser & Version Ex: Firefox 3.0 English

Also, state exactly what you were doing when the error occurred. Again a screenshot is helpful.

Hello anyone and everyone who might be able to help. My daughter can't remember her Neomallers password, and the email that her account is linked to is no longer valid. Does anyone have any ideas on how she might gain access to her account? If not, how can she create a new account and still use a shop counter?

Shop Counter Won't Work?

Completely Remove Portal?

I need to remove Portal from my computer for two reasons; one is that I am trying to use older software which clashes with portal, and two is I don't use Neopets much anymore.
I've tried using the Windows Add/Remove Program thing but it won't fully remove it - all the thing does is take the icons away, because I can still run Portal after the supposed removal. Is there any way to get rid of everything - the installer, software, EVERYTHING. I really need the program that's clashing with it, and it's clashing via the installer.

Completely Resetting Portal?

I'm wanting to start over fresh but when I go to admin and use all the features there, nothing happens.
I've also tried uninstalling and re-installing the portal.
Is there a way to wipe it clean?
