Do I need to whitelist neomallers.com in NoScript?
You do not have to but if you do not, you will not be able to take advantage of the javascript component that will allow the analyst to act in a similar manner to the Portal Pro. (clipboard copying, etc)

Are there going to be any disruptions?
Once the beta reaches its final release, the server will be upgraded to support this. During this time, you may see a site-wide downtime of around 24 to 72 hours

Yes! The plan is that data can be transferred back and forth. NeoMallers Portal Pro will be updated to its final version (10.0) to allow for exporting/importing of data
