NeoMallers Counters Known Issues
Submitted by saudor on Thu, 20/02/2020 - 8:00am
It's been a long time! We have one for Portal X2 so decided we should have one for the counters. Currently there's only one that affects macOS Safari 13.x users on High Sierra/Mojave/Catalina

Linux & Neomallers Portal
Submitted by deviln3 on Sat, 14/11/2009 - 3:09pm
Just wanted to update you guys that neomallers portal 9.0.0 application can be run on a linux machine. *lol*
Here are the details:
Ubuntu 8.04 (I need to upgrade to Ubuntu 9.xx hopefully it'll work there too)
Kernal Linux 2.6.24 - xx
Wine Hq software 1.1.32 (windows emulation) is needed to install and run the Portal application
I was able to create a profile and update sales history and shop front information. I haven't played around with every feature in portal but it seems to be working well.
Tip: Do not use right click to paste, instead use the ctrl + v *cough*

Neomallers Twitter Account: twitter.com/neomaller
Submitted by seanaf on Sun, 08/11/2009 - 1:56pm
I would like to suggest that neomallers get a Twitter account in order to transmit new updates and developments to its followers. I find Twitter to be a great information site. I check my twitter almost every hour to check for updates about my friends, family, and other developments. A lot sites have a twitter and I think it would be a good idea for neomallers to get one too. :)

Portal X2 Shop Wizard Link changed with Beta
Submitted by davymuncher on Mon, 22/02/2021 - 2:50pm
Hello! The quick shop wizard links in the sales tracker are using the old link still. Although the page redirects to the new shop wizard, it loses the auto-population of the items in the SW bar.
Could that link be modified? I like saving the extra 2 seconds of not copy/pasting the item name ;)
Current:
http://www.neopets.com/market.phtml?type=wizard&string=Item%20Title%20Here
Should be:
http://www.neopets.com/shops/wizard.phtml?string=Item%20Title%20Here

New NeoMallers
Submitted by saudor on Sat, 21/04/2018 - 9:34pm
Hey guys. So i finally got around to updating the backend to a newer/supported version. Unfortunately, the old layout is not compatible so that has been shelved until it can be updated. The old platform started turning into too much of a security hazard so we had to move away.
In the meantime, we're going to be chilling with a rather simple layout.

NeoMallers Portal Classic Edition - Beta - Shop Pricing
Submitted by saudor on Tue, 10/04/2018 - 5:29am
Hey guys, here's an incremental update to add support for the new shop pricing. You can just download this directly into your current neomallers folder and run it from there. As always, remember to make a copy of your current folder somewhere - just in case.

ATTENTION MAP MALLERS + Those with large shop stocks
Submitted by saudor on Wed, 24/12/2014 - 7:51am
native handling of map pieces
X2 now supports native handling of Maps! This means Map pieces are now identified according to the last digit of YOUR priceMap sellers: What you have to do
For each map piece, you must create a separate entry and attach the map piece number to the end of it. For example: Secret Laboratory Map will become Secret Laboratory Map1, Secret Laboratory Map2, Secret Laboratory Map13, etc

NeoMallers Portal X2 Open beta!! 12.0.0
Submitted by saudor on Fri, 24/08/2012 - 6:31pm
Hello all! It's finally here! The web based version of the NeoMallers Portal brings many new features such as wiz price crowd sourcing, better error trapping, a redesigned interface, and daily backups. It is called the X2 for the time being as it seems to fit quite nicely (its version number 12.0.0 picks off from where the classic portal left off)

NeoMallers Failure
Submitted by saudor on Wed, 15/08/2012 - 10:15pm
As some of you noticed, we experienced some major database issues. Basically, i tried to get the notification system working again on here and that caused the database to completely mess up. No idea how. Anyhow, the database has been restored to the latest backup (August 14), which means some forum posts went missing. However, your counter/sales stuff is safe as that is stored on its own database. If you recently created a counter but found your neomallers account no longer here, then simply create a new account and PM so i can link up the counter service to the new neomallers account.
