I am sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong place, and I'm sure it has already been answered. PLease direct me to the fix if you don't mind.

Our banner links are sending shoppers back to the Neopets Index Page instead of our shops. the address bar still contains the name of the shop that should have been linked. HELP!

Sorry about the double-post.

When i click any link in my shop or the other shops in my mall, using either ff or ie, I get sent to the front page.

THe address bar is: http://www.neopets.com/?owner=eggwalterpunkone
but the location is the index page. I've refreshed at both pages, and it's still happening.

I'll get in touch with the rest of the mall - maybe it's me ...

your link is wrong it should be:
http://www.neopets.com/browseshop.phtml?owner=eggwalterpunkone

you are missing the browseshop.phtml
