 i haven't even edited it for a while besides standard mall banner updates o_o did this happen to anyone else / what kind of reasons are shop fronts cleared for? i did have links to specific items and a neomallers counter but nothing out of the ordinary i think.  what did the warning say -----------------------------  Sorry but it reminds me of that kid movie umm Chicken little, (One little slip) by the barenaked ladies lol Oh look bubbles!!! Please do not reply to this NeoMessage." i don't think my shop front was broken though, i've checked it recently. and if it was would i get a warning? who do i contact about a ticket? -o0firewings0o  I think if it was broken in such a way that people wouldn't be able to see the items or the prices, it's definitely against the rules and that would warrant a warning. Maybe it looked ok in your browser but not in others?  Sometimes shops look different in each browser, so maybe in one of them your text (for prices) and background color were the same, so someone reported it? Be polite in your writeup for any chance at a civil answer, and please post their response here, as we'll all be interested in learning from it

I would create a ticket to find out what specifically was wrong.
Being TNT, the answer will most likely be 'You did something against the rules', without actually telling you anything, but either way it will be good for general knowledge here.
I have not heard of this from anyone in our mall.
I assume you had also checked your shop front recently to make sure the new filters didn't break anything? There are many broken shops out there, and TNT may be 'clearing' them in an effort to get rid of the old broken code, though I wouldn't think a warning would come with that.
