Hmmm, I had oatmeal (milk, brown sugar, raisins) and OJ for breakfast, a pastrami sandwich on sunflower seed bread with American cheese and spicy mustard, 1/4 of a raspberry snapple, some local organic yogurt (though it is pretty sweet) and a banana for lunch, a mid afternoon coffee (I put lots of sugar in my coffee), and one of those instant Indian dinners and some lemonade (curried mustard greens, lots of sodium, but eh, I'm more worried about the sugar...).
).
Also had a small bowl of BBQ Kettle Chips (mmmm.... all natural, but more salt!), and later tonight I'll have an ice cream soda or something
If the dogs next door keep barking, I may have some dogburgers!
No exercise yet today, but I'll go spin poi later, and I had LOTS of dancing on Sunday night

I'm not doing the situps, but I'll do crunches!
And I don't count 'eating after 9PM' as a bad thing when I'm awake until 3AM every night anyway
