Help on Pricing!

Hi , I currently have problem pricing something,the Faerie Birdhouse which is rarity 99 after I bought it ,I put it on TP for 32mil but I think that is way too high but , I checked everywhere for prices and no one stated , I also saw that a Disco Birdhouse that you couldn't put in your neohome that is also r99 costs 5.5mil according to Jellyneo and the Faerie Birdhouse could be put into your Neohome , shouldn't it cost more than 5.5mil ? :) Does anyone know the prices of this elusive Birdhouse ? Cause I think it came out on October 19, 2004 according to Jellyneo :)

I dont know how dated a petpage it was, but they had it listed at 1 million. OFten times TP prices on items that are few are crazy inflated. JN prices can be highly incorrect too (although on this item they had none listed). Best of luck with selling it :D I always hate trying to sell stuff like that. TCGs (mainly ones I got from Booster Pack VPCs) were the worst. Probably the most HTS that I know of. Ub furni is so hard to sell...you need to find someone who needs it for their gallery. R99 or furni collectors and email them see what kind of offers you can get.
