New Shop Counter?

Hi I had my account frozen about 2 months ago and I was hoping to be able to put a shop counter in my new accounts shop. However when i go to create a new shop counter it says that I can't cause there is already one for my old account. Is there anyway that I can delete my old shop counter? I already changed my info on my neomallers account to match up with my new neopets account.

You have to click the box that looks like a check going through it and it will give you the code, scroll down and click delete

I dont get what you mean by that either. And I have a similar problem as casraecal, I was frozen a few weeks ago and I can't create a new shop counter. I keep getting this message: User: _44r0n_ Preparing to create counter... Creating historical data... Duplicate entry '_44r0n_' for key 1 Any advice?

Unless something has changed, your neopets account is permanently bonded to your neomallers account by your shop counter. If you get a new neopets account, you have to make a new neomallers account (to get a new counter).

I plan to add a reset feature but will probably happen after at least monday.
