NeoMallers was founded on March 27th, 2007 under the name NeoChatters.com. It began as a photo gallery site, first introduced by Mi and coded by Dmitri under our 5gbfree host. It also became the home of the Chaotic Warriors BD guild council forums. As it grew, it was moved over to a paid web host on June 20th, 2007 where Version 1.0 of the NeoMallers Portal was introduced to the public. Currently, the NeoChatters portion of the site is administrated by Amy, with the help of Night.
