NeoMallers was founded on March 27th, 2007 under the name NeoChatters.com. It began as a photo gallery site, a concept first introduced by Mi. It also became the home of the 'Chaotic Warriors' guild council forums. As it grew, it was moved over to a paid web host on June 20th, 2007 where Version 1.0 of the NeoMallers Portal was released to the public. Currently, the NeoChatters portion of the site is administrated by Amy, with the help of Night.
